Multibrushes is a targeted surface-processing solution offered by Tecnolev.
Its key feature is modularity that fully meets the miscellaneous requirements: no diameter and height limitations, variety of kind of inserts (abrasive, nylon, tampico) and systems for mounting on brushing machines.

One special and important innovation offered by Multibrushes is that users can, by themselves and very quickly, replace the worn components: no need to make complicated manoeuvres or have endless machine down times and waste of materials.

The use and the insertion of appropriate inserts gives results of surface processing of various kind like finishing, polishing, deburring, gleaning, joining and to open wood pore.

When they are worn-out, a simple hand-procedure of the operator allows an immediate restore of brushes. Designed and realized for full-load production lines, they can be used individually and into groups.
